These Terms and Conditions govern your use of zeonify.com and purchases from Zeonify. Zeonify is operated by 1001738621 ONTARIO LIMITED. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
Eligibility and Customer Information
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, contact, and payment information and for keeping account credentials confidential. Do not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Products and Compatibility
Review the product page before ordering, including the available description, variant, dimensions, materials, specifications, compatibility information, warnings, and instructions. Images may appear different because of lighting, screen settings, or product updates. Contact us before ordering if a specification or compatibility detail is important and unclear.
Prices, Currency, Tax, and Payment
Store prices and checkout amounts are stated in United States dollars (USD) unless the checkout clearly shows another currency. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and duties are calculated or disclosed as applicable during checkout. You agree to pay the total presented before you submit the order.
Payment must be made through a method available in the secure HTTPS checkout. The available methods may vary by device, location, currency, and order. Payment icons elsewhere on the Site do not override the methods actually offered at checkout.
Orders and Contract Formation
An order submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch, subject to payment authorization, product availability, fraud and security checks, destination restrictions, and the absence of an obvious pricing or listing error.
We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, failed payment authorization, suspected fraud, an obvious error, a delivery restriction, or unlawful activity. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Availability, Promotions, and Reviews
Inventory and availability may change. Promotions, discounts, comparison prices, free-shipping offers, and other conditions apply only as displayed with their current eligibility rules. Customer reviews, if published, should reflect genuine customer experiences; individual results and opinions may vary.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact support@Zeonify.com as soon as possible if you need to request an order change or cancellation. We will review the request, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing or fulfilment has begun.
Shipping and Returns
Delivery destinations, processing, estimated delivery, charges, tracking, and duties are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, request steps, return shipping, and refunds are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Site's branding, text, graphics, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Zeonify and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal shopping and informational purposes but may not copy, exploit, interfere with, or misuse its content or systems without permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may rely on or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, and advertising partners. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party sites that we do not control.
Disclaimers and Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, Zeonify is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in the jurisdiction concerned.
Applicable Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the transaction and the parties. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory consumer rights or statutory rights that apply in the consumer's place of residence. Any dispute forum or remedy remains subject to applicable law.
Complaints and Resolution
If you have a complaint, email support@Zeonify.com with your order number and a clear description. We will review the matter and seek a practical resolution without limiting any mandatory rights or remedies.
Changes and General Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the date above. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
